Melissa K. Page Boeshans is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Synthesis and formerly served as President of Commercial Title and National Business Development at The Servion Group. With over 25 years of experience in real estate transactions, she is a well-established business executive known for her leadership in executive and organizational management, team development, coaching, mentorship, and high-volume transactional management, as well as strategic corporate growth initiatives.

At Synthesis, Melissa spearheads efforts as a seasoned professional, leveraging her extensive experience in managing complex real estate and business transactions. Her responsibilities encompass the production, organization, coordination, facilitation, review, and drafting of legal documents, along with conducting high-volume closings, escrows, mergers and acquisitions, and mediations across the nation. She holds individual licensure in over 35 states, further enhancing her capabilities in this field.

Her extensive expertise in Title Matters, Title Insurance, Transactional and Relational Selling, along with Development and Construction across all sectors of the commercial and residential real estate markets, has firmly established Melissa’s reputation for success within the commercial real estate industry. Her comprehensive skill set, combined with a forward-thinking leadership approach, continues to drive innovation and excellence in the sector. Chief Operating Officer

Gwen Graefe serves as Chief Operating Officer of Synthesis, bringing more than a decade of comprehensive experience in the commercial title industry. Before her current role, she served as the Closing & Production Supervisor at Servion Commercial Title, a division of The Servion Group, and as the Office Administrator to the former President of Servion Commercial Title, who is now the CEO of Synthesis. This unique journey has equipped her with a deep understanding of the intricate nuances involved in production and closing processes.
 
Now, as a senior executive at Synthesis, Gwen Graefe is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s daily activities—a challenge she embraces with enthusiasm and skill. She will work tightly with the CEO to ensure the company’s vision becomes a reality. She works hand-in-hand with the CEO to bring the company’s vision to fruition, demonstrating her commitment to the organization’s goals. Through her unwavering dedication to streamlining production and closing workflows, Gwen ensures a seamless transition from transaction initiation to closing, enhancing both efficiency and client satisfaction. Her leadership and expertise play a crucial role in driving Synthesis forward.

Randolph Johnson

Senior Underwriting Counsel

Randy Johnson serves as the Senior Underwriting Counsel at Synthesis, having previously held a similar role as Underwriting Counsel at Servion Commercial Title, a division of the Servion Group. A proud native of Minnesota with roots in Lino Lakes, Randy has established a successful career in law that began after his service in the US Army.
 
He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota before pursuing his legal education in California. After returning to Minnesota in 1987, Randy specialized in both real estate and title law, beginning his practice in 1988 and officially focusing on title law in 1990.
 
Randy’s academic journey included an internship with the Minnesota Senate and various leadership roles in law school. A highlight of his educational experience was studying under former Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, which greatly enhanced his legal insights.
 
In his personal life, Randy is married to Lori, who has been a constant support throughout their journey together. They have raised two daughters and are currently enjoying the company of their two adult grandchildren. Recently, the Johnsons relocated to Lexington, MN, where they cherish spending time with family, attending their grandson’s sporting events, and visiting their granddaughter at the University of Wisconsin, River Falls. In their downtime, they indulge in camping and relaxation, although Randy’s dedication to his work sometimes makes it difficult for him to fully disconnect from professional responsibilities.

Director of National Construction Disbursement Services

Tianna Green is a distinguished leader in the realm of commercial construction finance, currently holding the position of Director of National Construction Disbursement Services at Synthesis. In her previous role as Construction Disbursement Coordinator in the Commercial Construction Disbursing Department at The Servion Group, Tianna developed her expertise in the complex disbursement processes critical to commercial projects.
 
Beginning her career in accounts receivables, Tianna has successfully navigated through various financial roles including accounts payables, bankruptcy analysis, and credit analysis. Her profound affinity for numbers and strong analytical capabilities naturally led her into the real estate industry. There, she not only achieved certification in construction disbursing but also explored business development, showcasing her exceptional skill in building and maintaining professional relationships.
 
Tianna’s extensive experience working alongside lenders has provided her with an in-depth understanding of construction draw processes and effective budget management techniques. She is passionately committed to educating and supporting customers, lender personnel, general contractors, and vendors, ensuring that construction disbursements are executed smoothly and successfully.
 
Her expertise encompasses AIA documents, sworn construction statements, and Small Business Administration loans, as well as adeptly managing complex budget scenarios. With a steadfast dedication to excellence in construction disbursement, Tianna Green proves to be an invaluable asset to all stakeholders in the industry.
