Stephanie Carlson is Chief Growth Officer for the Synthesis Organization, a leading business services company focused on consultative client needs in the real estate and financial services sectors. She is responsible for the oversight and execution of the company’s marketing, business development
and corporate expansion strategies. Carlson also oversees community-facing activities across the company including community investment, engagement, and philanthropy; public affairs, social and governance efforts, corporate communications, enterprise marketing and revenue operations.

Over the span of her extensive career, Carlson has served in executive marketing and strategic growth roles in both corporate and agency businesses, with a focus on financial services and commercial real estate verticals. Her expansive career includes leading transformational enterprise scaling and market development for esteemed global brands.

Carlson is the recipient of numerous industry awards and currently serves as a judge for America’s Credit Unions Diamond Awards. She was previously a board member for the American Marketing Association and the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota as well as various volunteer roles for several industry trade associations. She is deeply passionate about nurturing the growth of junior marketing and sales professionals and empowering them to achieve their full potential as future leaders.
